Vumatel customer service, installation and accounts I have been waiting for an installation since 29 November 2021. I have asked numerous times when installation will be done with absolutely no response. No one even try to resolve the problem. I am being charged for a fiber line since November. I have queried this as well with no response. Every time I phone, a order is been logged, the logged number its ISP 617334 but again never get feedback from Vuma Reff number of payment its ***
