Moving over from one ISP to another is a Nightmare

Moving over from one ISP to another is a Nightmare. Was with RSAweb and decided to cancel and go over to another ISP. Line was cancelled and the Line was released. See reference VC-***. Sadly the system still shows that my line is not released and now it is a forth and frow between the 2x ISP's. The one says the other one must release the line and the other says the line has been released. None of them want to do further investigation to see where the problem is. I bet it is with Vumatel who haven't released or cleared the system from their side. Who knows??? Clearly no one. This is a case for the X-Files.... In the meantime I will use my Fax Machine which I call Vuma.....
