Moving from one ISP to another on Vumatel network is a non-starter

Moved from one ISP to another. Explained that I cannot afford long downtime as my family is working and schooling from home. I’ve been down for this entire day. The new ISP is saying that they can’t do anything as Vumatel hasn’t provisioned my line. Absolutely ridiculous!
