move isp and loose vumatel benefits....
i have been using vumatel fibre since 2017... i received the free speed upgrade from vumatel... nice...

free speed upgrades until jan 2023...
i moved my isp from home-connect to afrihost...
i was offline for 2 weeks as vumatel had my address wrong... not even the same subburb... took them 2 weeks to assist and fix their error... could not work from home for 2 weeks... lost income...
now finally working and on afrihost now i am told i do not get the free speed upgrade that vuamtel is giving until jan 2023...?
supporting vumatel for almost 6 years and i did qualify for speed upgrade but moving to another isp you loose your benefits/history.... plus 2 weeks no fibre... eish......
