Move ISP

I am desperately in need of help. We hav been pushed from pillar to post. All we need to do is move our current services from Telkom to Afrihost. Telkom have confirmed it has been cancelled but there seems 2 b a delay as u guys say the service is still active. Plse help. We have called telkom over 30 times and they say we must speak to Vuma. Are you not able to cancel the service manually
