FUll of PRomises but cant keep to anything. Just another pathetic company and the service they offer or Lack there of. ALso blaming Dark Fibre Africa for no links available. Their agents dont even know when our area will go live i get told a different day and month each time i call to query. Get on the Same Page and stop blaming other companies for your useless Project deployments. Pathetic Pathetic Service.

I have done so before and will get a different answer again and a different date. That’s where the problem comes in you guys never know the dates and always have an excuse.

I'am now going to start the process of laying a formal complaint to icasa for lack of service from vumatel and the continue excuses about why our whole area is not live yet after 4 months.
