Most terrible service ever.

Your agents are very desperate when making the sale and they are so unprofessional. Sorry to say this but it seems like you guys just hand pick unqualified individuals who know nothing about phone etiquette, they just never introduce themselves, they talk about other matters while the client is on the line. Trust me, this business is going to be a huge fail with this behaviour. With all of that being said, i need to cancel this thing, it hasn’t been installed yet, i made payment today and the service already is super terrible and don’t even try to use your Ts and Cs because as far as your service goes, no one ever discussed any ts and cs with me. Now trust me, you can never ever win against a guy like me. Should you try anything funny i will definitely escalate to the relevant ombudsman and i love court cases, mtn and telkom know me very well it seems like you guys will be next.
