Most pathetic and unprofessional service provider ever!

On the 9th of May we paid for fibre to be installed at our house, 2 months later we have no installation done. The agent Kenny, The supervisor Angelo and Mariet are ignoring our calls, and messages. Even when we asked for a refund we are sent from pillar to post.
