Most horrible experience by this service provider. There customer support has no idea of outages and the progress on restoration. They lie and become defensive when questioned about their lack of information. It took their contractor 2 days to solve a f8bre break which their customer support was never aware of. Disgraceful service. Hope ICaSa can save us.
