😡😡😡all they know is chowing people’s money, they sent me a link to do payment I payed apparently they captured my address incorrectly I WhatsApped them they told me it’s will be corrected only to find out it’s still wrong, mind you this was done a full month ago💔 right now I chat to them they tyk hours to respond their agents are *********** they promise to get back to you to name a few Lerato theee worst agent I’ve dealt with at frst she called me and said the number is incorrect dd she call me back NO instead I had to follow up on WhatsApp she then called and said she has fixed it, she then send ppl to an address I don’t even know it’s not even the closest to mine she wrote mngomezulu street instead of Mozasane when I texted her back on +**********0 she just blue ticks me to date. 2 nd agen in-line was Christina who promises to escalate and provides feedback every time we chat on +**********5 but her escalations are as good as useless coz they don’t help with nothing instead she assigns ppl to call me for apologizing, I need no apology I need connectivity that’s what I payed for. Last but not least Elizabeth that one also said she will help me it’s a guarantee she even offered me her personal WhatsApp number I was really convinced she would but she’s just like the rest she confirmed my number is being used by my neighbor pinky she asked me to send proof of address I did I also gave her pinky’s address she said it will be fixed still nothing when I WhatsApp her she blue ticks me she only texted me now when I informed her colleague Christina I’m logging a complaint. I cannot even let this slide how is it that you guys installed to my neighbor while it’s not her address and never asked for proof of payment which means we also need to use someone else’s wrong address😡I’m not gonna do that! Fix my address and stop this nonsense of not following the right process of installation. You turning us to things we not, I hardly complain but this is just BULL****!!!..Im reposting this because I think my query is closed as I had lost my phone I think my response wont be valid so I'm starting afresh
