Money 1st, worst service

Worst service ever, I've never experienced such service, 3 weeks just waiting for an order to be finalised. No one can give you an explanation on whats happening. I app****, paid and when its time for installation i'm being told that the address the system is picking is Polokwane instead of Soweto, no one is now able or willing to fix it, Calling the call centre is a nightmare no oine answer or your call gets dropped, the agent has no answers, the supervisor doesn't respond, the SADV Whatsapp they ignore you. can someone please come and instal or refund my money ASAP, ref: VR ***
