Mixed messages

So Vumatel installs lines in our community, great stuff!! Now our house is a Railway house and so it has no address, we saw one of the vumatel guys who works with the lines and ask him if there will be any issues installing Fibre for us if we dont have an adress, no problem he says. Also the lines are on our side of the road , but your map shows that we have no coverage? This seems like such a silly thing to have to struggle with. I need help getting someone to tell me if we can have Fibre or not?
