Missing address / premises. Never activated from day one.

Vumatel has so far been the worst nightmare that i never saw coming. Here's what's currently happening,.. i placed an order with my isp (afrihost) for fibre relocation to a different area and vuma is the only available fibre operator in the area so i choose and place an order, then after a day i do follow up with afrihost to confirm if everything is in order before the installation is scheduled only to find out that my address is incorrect on vumatel side because apparently they don't have it on their database so they need to create premises / my address on their system because their infrastructure is available right in front of my place the one that they don't have the address for in their system,.. Then afrihost reaches out to them asking them to create the address / premises which they didn't do, up until the technicians come to do the installation of which they where sent to a wrong address because remember mine is not on their system, so i direct the technicians to my correct address and they complete the installation leave without saying anything regarding correcting the address on vuma side, now because of the missing address issue i don't have internet access from the day of installation up to now, still nothing, i request a call from afrihost everyday to do follow up on this case and vuma seems to be dragging their feet, they don't seem to be in a position where they thoroughly investigate what's being said and proposed by afrihost regarding this matter, so far they argue instead of actually fixing the problem, this matter can be resolved in minutes because it just has to do with correction some errors on their side. Unfortunately vuma is extremely slow when it comes to responding even to afrihost, so far they haven't attempted to do anything except sending a technician to a wrong place (roodepoort) of which im far away from that area. I work from home and vuma is doing their best to jeopardize my job.
