Migration of fiber line held up by vumatel not prcoessing

I app**** for migration of the fiber line in the house I purchased on 29 March 2021 I had to send my proof of address twice since then because vumatel keeps losing my request. Now almost a month later it still says the line is with another ISP and not moved to Afrihost as I requested twice. I am incredibly frustrated and I feel like vumatel is doing this because some of us don’t have a choice but to use them. It isn’t good practice and you can ignore us now but eventually it is such behavior that has ruined many companies no matter how big you are. I need a resolution today if not I’m gonna just get WiFi and move on with life
