Midvaal fibre orders via Vumatel & ISPs, shocking

Sadly the only fibre provider in the Midvaal.

Expect poor service and little to no response when your internet is a priority for work or entertainment.

In my opinion, the ISPs do not get ahold of them. In turn your time is wasted and you jump around, from provider to provider suspecting they are the issue.

In my experience. Jumping from one isp who could not help to the next, who also could not help. This surely is the case. It is sad that my work is suffering due to an infrastructure that cannot perform.

I work from home. My line needs stability and I needed it back in December 2022 when our initial request for available fibre is still on hold, constantly following up with no calls back or ETAs. It has been 2 months now since our request for fibre and I am still not sure when our available line will be activated or our routers from ISPs will be delivered.
