I would like to warn potential clients of Metrofiber (Gigago)/Vumatel of a non existant customer service. If you expect excellent service stay away from Gigago and Vumatel.Im based in Roodepoort

Vumatel has failed to service its clients and our 3rd party service provider, Gigago is hopeless and incapable of updating its clients about the going ons at Vumatel.

Vumatel should just discontinue their services indefinitely.
