Messing up my account

I'm really tired of the mess Vuma is causing me on my account. Ever since I installed the services they have been debiting the incorrect bank account and one that I did a once off payment from. I've called you over and over to rectify this and yet still you are messing me around. I'm really unhappy with this issue
