****mers!! You won't smell your Refund!

Failure to Refund - they don't wanna refund back after realizing we have no poles.. many people in my area complain about this. They are a batch of ****mers, they want affidavit cause I app**** but my sister with the same surname paid, even after I provided all the documentation from both my sister and I.... don't!
