****mers Vumatel warning!!!!!Stay away

Vumatel are ****mers,I've made almost three payments of R399 still my line is down.I have requested for my refund today for all three payments.Please be alert do not make payment to vumatel via payfast!!!!I am not going to involve Afrihost on this because they've tried their best to assist me.It is so sad to now change from Vumatel to Rain because Vumatel are ****mers.They are quick to take your money but services are poor.Please refund my money asap!
