I paid vumatel and advised I will not be using there services and need a refund..no installing nothing.. when the installation tech called I told them I do not want their product..now I am struggling to get my money back..after sending numerous whatsapps to a BOT system that is very unhelpful and even tried their complaints to email *** and absolutely no luck..I sent proof of payments on numerous occasions but for some mysterious reason they allocate my payment after 1 agent confirmed that they have located payment and refund takes 7 to 14 working days..I made payment on 1 may 2024 and too date I am still waiting for my money! No one gets back to you and the complaints department just completely ignores you..I want my 399 that I paid to be refunded Webafrica is just as unhelpful
