One of the employees in Vuma WhatsApp page provided me with an incorrect easypay number that belongs to someone and I made a R500 payment into that easypay number only to find out that the employee made a mistake (I have WhatsApp texts as proof), contacted them to explain and asked them to move funds to my easypay number and provided the proof of payment to Kedibone. Guess what Kedibone isn't even communicating and the 48 hour turn around has passed. When I send follow up emails she doesn't even bother to respond. I've never seen a company that provide services and doesn't have a customer service team that can assist clients telephonically. Your service is trash ****MERS
