****mers- discontinue Vuma, you pay for a service you dont use!

I have never in my whole life worked with a more *********** company. From the consultants who have no clue to what they are doing to the tech guys that ask for brides to speed up your process. I am appalled by the service they are charging me for. I have had wifi for just over a week and I have logged over 12 different grievances. I logged one again today and because i knew they wouldn't assist I followed up, with no shock I was told I have not logged a ticket. Yet I was given a reference number ***1. Nobody ever knows what going on and they only time respond is when they telling you how they cant help.
