I have been given the run around from Vumatel and Vodacom. Vumatel is saying that Vodacom should refund me, Vodacom is shocked how can Vumatel refer the matter to them. I was helped by a gentleman named Tezzwill, who advised me that my account was in arrears because the debit date was on the first of every Month. Vodacom won't be able to refund me even if the cancelation was done before the debit went off because of my debit date.
