I’m not happy with your service fly cool said they’ve escalated my query to you on the 3rd till today my service still off and I’ve paid you guys you don’t know how to treat customers I believe your ****mers

  • What non payment cause I made a payment with new easypaynukber that I got from one of fly cool consultants as I wanted to upgrade my package send me your email address so that I can send you proof of payment and communication with new number I got it sucks cause they even send me the message confirming that they received my payment

it was escalated from the 3rd however till date the is no feedback from Vuma, will escalate it again -that was the message I received from fly cool after I’ve send the my proof of payment
