Mediocre Service Namanje Arg!

This partnership between vumatel and vodacom ain't working. Vodacom fibre support is THE WORST dept ever! This fibre line is a nightmare! The communication skills between these two providers is atrocious. How can you migrate my package but my speed is still the same. Vodacom your service gets worse by the day. Im still surprised that your SRs are still not being attended to on time. No quality assurance standards whatsoever! A training gap in how their call centre agents carry themselves is soooo visible, its embarrassing.
