****MED R249 with no service being rendered.. I need a REFUND

Vumatel are ****mers. I app**** for a fibre for my home.. and my money was deducted, no service/home fibre was installed. No communication.. instead when you call their number, their staff are so *********** and not clued about what they are doing.. i need my R249 back with immediate effect
