Lying and discusting staff!!!!!!

On the 8th signed up for 2 lines and confirmed everything ,even got conformation letters!! Installed my line then I phoned to find out were is my other line, ooo no there the service is not yet ready. but it was all confirmed on the 8th(I have the recordings) now different story!Asked twice to speak to a manager , and till now noooooo response! this is disgusting! please come and take out your line! I need 2 the same lines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
