I would like to extend, and express my appreciation on how amazing you were at attending to my query, and how well you have displayed the VumaTel’s company brand and vision, because of the manner in which you have addressed and assisted me on my query, you made me change my perception on the entire bad customer services view that I had build on both Vumatel and Vox. You assisted me every step of the way, from the time that you first made contact with me on the 04/11/2019, because of you I’m a happy client today, who now eventually had fibre and Wi-Fi fully installed at my house this past Sunday 10/11/2019, this happened after I had lost all hope of pursuing any further relations with Vox Telecomunication, I made contact with Vox on the 28/09/2019 and expressed my interest by taking out a Wi-Fi package contract with them, I’ve completed all the necessary documentation and furnished their offices with the same, as per the attached email you would note the patience that I had given Vox to get this right with me, but in all attempts they had failed me.

I know very well that you will not be the same person that will help me in future on any client servicing queries that I might have, but I surely do hope that the entire “Vuma Tel team” has the same customer centricity spirit as you do, I wish you well and trust that you will have a long standing venture with Vumatel.
