Lousy service!!!!

A request was logged with vumatel from supersonic to fix my internet connection on 4th of April and I have not received feedback since. When I call supersonic they say I should follow up with vumatel and case number is ISP-310802 but there’s no way to reach you guys. I’m referred back to supersonic!!!! Guys *** is happening. Why is your service so lousy!!!!!?????? Please help restore my internet!!!!!
