28 Apr 2023, 08:10I do not have internet connection since Thursday 20th April. However, I only logged the fault on Sunday 23rd. It's been 5 days since Sunday, I still do not have connection.
A technician came on Wednesday and said that the line needed to be rerouted. When I phoned VOX, only then did I find out that I will receive a quote for this because the wire is damaged. Firstly, I did not receive any quote as yet. Secondly, when the line was being installed - we requested the line to be put in conduits. The installers said that this was not needed and we accepted this as we did not have experience in fibre lines being installed. Now that the wire is damaged, why should I have to bear the cost when we requested conduits in the first place???
