Lost a loyal customer

Been looking to connect via two service providers MTN Supersonic then with WebAfrica both times Vumatel has been the worst common denominator. The company is horrid and have disappointed me after using them since 2020 and had a great service with them. I’ve been disappointed by their dishonesty more than anything. I wouldn’t have minded if they had said they have a huge backlog but it’s the dishonesty that has lost me their loyalty
