Loss of income and education!

Super unhappy with Vodacom and Vumatel. We’ve been waiting more than 14 days for Wifi (internet). Everyday we call and then a consultant says they are busy resolving the issue, then nothing happens. We work from home and our daughter does Online schooling. As you can imagine it is very expensive to buy data the whole time due to incompetence of Vumatel (Vodacom). Extremely unhappy! If this does not get resolved, I will have to take action and also contact the Department of Education due to the fact that our daughter can’t attend school! I give classes online and due to not having internet (wifi), I can not work! I have been losing money! Will Vumatel compensate me for the loss of income? Internet (wifi) is a basic human right because it pays the bills and provides the ability to receive education!
