Loss of connection everyday

I have a problem, every day I faced a loss of connection…if I call them they tell me to call their service provider and they take the whole day or two to come and fix it, only for it to loss a connection in less then a day…if I call then back they tell me to speak to home connect but the problem is I signed a contract with Vumatel but when I have problem they can’t help..their service is dumm.

Please Ntswaki that a pure lie my area have no outage I check that before I called them this morning… I called Vumatel on +27 (31) *** and our communication got cut but they didn’t even bother to call me back… I call home connect on*** they gave me a wrong reference which I can’t even enquiry with it at Vumatel lastly I call the technician on +27 (60) *** he didn’t even bother to answer….all that you saying it’s course y outage 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️… I HAVE A CLASS ONLINE AT 13h00 get what I’m not gonna be in class..I had 3 online classes yesterday …. And how do you know my location course Newcastle is big , and Noxolo Dlamini is not the name on the account?

Is it possible for Vumatel to call me course right now I have many questions…coz on WhatsApp where you request area that have outage, my area doesn’t appear…the reason I’m asking for Vumatel to call me is that I signed a contract with them so if I’m not happy with the service provider they gave me..I think I need to talk to them…***
