LINE NOT RELEASED

I'm struggling to get my line activated connection with Bitco i have contacted my previous ISP requested them to cancel release the line yet I'm still struggling Bitco has requested that the line be released as i'm No Longer with Level 7 or Megasurf

I HAVE BEEN PHONING VUMATEL SEVERAL TIMES HOLDING ON WASTING AIRTIME EVERYTIME PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ISP THE ISP IS STRUGGLING WITH VUMATEL TO HAVE MY LINE ACTIVATED THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH BITCO I'M LODGING A COMPLAINT WITH ISACA AS I'M GETTING NO ACTIVATION NO REPLIES ON MY COMPLAINTS
