Line just cut for no reason

From yesterday morning our internet connection is off. Ive called in to vodacom and they told me that my line was cut from the sistym at vumatel for nonreason at all. Today 13/11/22 its my second day without internet im not behind on my bill etc. I can work now and now i want to kniw how am i suppose to pay the bill if i cant work. If you guys going to deduct the money on the 15th im going to do a refund cause you are breaking the law for taking money from people and not supplying what i must pay for. Its *****
