Line fault youre *****ed.
If you have a line fault you're *****ed.
5 day standard turn around to repair and if you query this the terms and conditions are thrown in your face. Along with gems like you're residential your internet is not critical enough. also Once they layed fiber you're locked into their service, their service levels are now worse than Telkom. I used to be a huge fan but looks like this company has grown to big and have realised their clients have nowhere to go. So when you read this months form now with the same problem know this youre just going to have to take it.

21 May 2019, 17:56Ive just read the terms and conditions and cant see anywhere that is says a 5 day turn around.
Bear in mind vumatel will not give residential users a service level agreement so that does not exist
The clause reads:
VUMA will attend to faults reported by the Service Provider during Office Hours and/or as recorded in the Service Level Agreements, and will apply its reasonable endeavours to have the affected VUMA Services restored in the shortest possible time, and in line with its Service Level Agreements.
