Line activation fault

Good Day Vuma Team,

I needed to be intouch otherwise this won't get resolved by the looks of it. Please do assist so I can get activated. See below.... 

Services at 10 Tania crescent has been cancelled by myself YES as this was a MOVING HOME request. 
I now reside at 20 Berlin Square Stranfontein Village and need activation here..why is it taking more than a week to get done.. I called Mweb to do the move however to date all I am getting are error messages on my tracker report from Mweb, See my tracker below. This is the 4th time it has now been updated and just comes back everytime with a error report saying the matter will be resolved the next day. Please can you activate my line?

After the above response on my tracker I once again received the below.. This is now the 5th time.. When will this Stop Vuma? Why can you not get me activated, who is at fault here?
