Okay since they don't communicate directly to clients anymore and only to ISPs I will just communicate here. Back when our aera was sadv I never had problems. My internet is down and I know it's not my isp because the ONT Indicates no broadband and no service. My isp logged a ticket and still no internet. Vuma can't even send out an sms to confirm. They leave consumers in the dark just like the government. Yes it's Friday and they are enjoying the weekend and don't care about service.
