Lies and Ineptitude

Logged a call on Thursday evening, was told a technician would attend to on Friday. Called in Saturday afternoon, to enquire, and was told someone was on their way.Called several times until late evening, and was told there was a slight delay, due to rain, but someone was on their way, and to stay close to the phone. Again I call on Sunday morning, to be told, " a technician is on his way", what time I ask, and the response is "sometime after 8am"

Starting to regret my move from my other 2 service provider, and think we should be wary of these start-ups who promise the world, and deliver on nothing!
