Lies and even more lies from Vumatel - No service whatsoever.

So Thandazile from Vumatel calls me today at 17:20. She then insists that my line has been fixed. I explain for the umpteenth time that actually there are TWO Vumatel subscribers on the same property. The other one has been reconnected but I have not been reconnected. She then checks the "object number" which I have been given by Vumatel and insists that it is not my object number. She then also insists that the second Vumatel connection at our address has NEVER been activated. This is absolute nonsense as I have been activated since last year and have had a Vumatel connection since last year. She then abruptly tells me she will call me back now. I haven't heard from her again. This company and its staff are pathetic.
