Let down by Vumatel again!!!!!!

Being let down by Vumatel again. My installation was scheduled for 11:00am on 2 June 2021. No one pitched to do the installation. After waiting the whole day for the team and countless promises via Afrihost no one bothered to come through for the installation. Again Vumatel has become this faceless void with no direct communication.

I even scheduled the installation about a week in advance!

Can someone please come out TODAY (3 June 2021) to install my internet line!!!!!!! I am dependent in internet to do my job and every delay is a significant inconvenience.
