Let down by the Vumatel Super Heroes

I cancelled my ADSL services because I was promised out of this world fibre services by Vumatel. Installation was done and then Vodacom came to install their router. But my fibre is still not working.

The issue? Vumatel equipment. Now I am told that I have to wait for, (wait for it) 24 - 48 hours for the matter to be resolved. So the installation never worked in the first place...now I must wait another week? I though Telkom was terrible until this experience...!!!!!
