Less than useless

More than useless is how I would describe this excuse for a company , earlier this month I wrote a review of their non existent service ,they responded in private asking for more details , I responded , since then nothing , they just give you hope , today I got my invoice for a service that has never been completed from their accomplice Mweb…… let them run the debit order and I will raise a case of ***** against both companies
