Left with no internet and loss of business

****ed off with Vumatel and Mweb - a Payment went off my bank account using payfast on the 26/04/2024 and till date I am left with no internet I am on my 3rd business day with no internet and I sent numerous emails to mweb and payfast and vumatel with absolutely no response - The money thats showing left from my account states as pending how do I even go back and get my money back and never deal with a company like this - Most pathetic company ever to deal with - I wish to never deal with this company again bull **** customers around
