Lazy team lies to get out of doing any work

On the 30th of January 2020, the first technicians came around to install the fibre line. They told me it wasn't possible because the roots of a tree were surrounding the box where the connection was to be made. So I spent R1500 getting the tree removed. Yesterday (18 February) a different team came out, said it wasn't necessary at all and they connected at a completely different location (closer to the house). So now I've wasted R1500 because one of your teams was too lazy to do their job. The last technician just laughed and said some of their teams are just lazy and do anything to get out of work. Well, now they also wasted my money and I expect to get reimbursed for it.
