Lack service and shocking customer care

Logged a call 9am Saturday ( 24-48 hours turnaround I'm told).. nothing ! No response no internet .I've tried Facebook PM , Twitter and calling several times ( calls just drop used landlines, vodacom and MTN to try ). Just to be told line is fixed ticket is closed around 3pm ( without being asked or any comms) line was NOT up and then was for maybe 2 hours and down again ,coincidently when I got PM response asking what Router is doing and 8:05pm line dropped again,and I responded within 5mins .. and nothing absolutely nothing since. Unbelievable service for what has become an essential service , literally losing money as can't work
