Lack of service or interest from Vumatel

Numerous residents in our complex has been having fibre connectivity issues for more than two weeks. We have have had no fibre since Thursday 6 March 2025 from about 10 am. Residents have reported this to their ISP's Vumatel close tickets and mark them as resolved without doing anything. People are cancelling their service agreements and moving away from fibre. Is this what Vumatel want? Clearly what is needed is competition but they are the only service provider for fibre in the area.
