Lack of service from Vumatel

Vumatel have disconnected my internet and according to MWeb needs to be reactivated. Not sure why this happened and no one can tell me. I have tried with no success to get this reactivated. When you look up Vumatel technical support number on their website and call they tell you the call centre has been shut down. Absolutely useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and extremely frustrating .
