Lack of network and communication
I've been waiting a whole week for my network to be fixed. Updates sent but no one has contacted me. This must be my worst experience ever and don't recommend anyone to consider Vumatel or webafrica as a service provider

13 Dec 2024, 17:18Sending me a mail stating my query has been escalated is not a response, especially if I received the same message 2 days ago and I'm still without service. Is there no common curtesy to provide a client with a telephone call providing a proper update or actually sticking to the scheduled date and time? I rearranged my schedule to be home on Wednesday just so no technician can show up.
