Lack of information from the sales consultant.

I placed an order last week for a fiber installation, the consultant advised my first payment will be R149 and than after R399. I Choose to make the payment via debit order I told him I want it to run on the 25th monthly. On the 1st I got a message saying I must pay R55, I called the call center and they told me my debit order is set for the 1st monthly and I must pay the R55 so that my connection is not cut before the 1st of March, no one told me that and it is information I needed to know... I am not a happy client.
